Hamptons Brighton is an 18-room guesthouse located at 3 New Steine, in the heart of Brighton’s Kemptown neighbourhood. Just a short walk from the seafront, Brighton Palace Pier and the city centre, our guesthouse offers a convenient base for exploring everything Brighton has to offer.

Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway, a business trip or a longer stay, we aim to make your time in Brighton comfortable and straightforward.

Our Accommodation

We offer a range of single, double, twin, triple and family rooms to suit different travel needs and budgets.

Our accommodation includes rooms with en-suite or shared bathroom facilities, as well as selected rooms with sea views. One single room also has its own private bathroom located outside the bedroom.

As facilities vary between room types, we recommend checking the individual room details before booking.

Your Stay

We operate a self check-in system, allowing guests to access their rooms using the arrival instructions provided before check-in.

Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Our team is available to assist with enquiries and provide support when needed.
